Creating a new build, or extending your property is usually a project personal to you. We will do our very best to guide you through the required steps of planning permission, if this required, and keep lines of communication open in order for us to capture all opportunities in maximising the end result of the building design.

For larger property extensions and new builds we have excellent lines of communication with architects and have considerable experience in obtaining the right amount of information that can assist in getting the drawings correct for presentation to the local authorities.
